We aim to ensure that each child:
- is in a safe and stimulating environment
- receives generous care and attention;
and special needs are met, calling on the
expertise of outside agencies if seen to be necessary
- has the chance to play, work and learn with
other children and adults
- is enabled to build on what she/he already knows and can do
- has their own key person to ensure satisfying progress
- is in a setting where parents are seen as partners in the
learning and development process, and
- is in a setting where parents help to shape the service it offers.
