Alpha Pre-school operates as part of

Littlehampton Baptist Church, with staff, parents,

children and management team working together

to create a happy and safe environment in which children

can begin to discover their full potential.

The management team (which includes Alpha’s Manager)

exists to provide support and encouragement at every level

and to be a link between Church and Pre-school. 

It takes particular responsibility for:

- managing Pre-school finances

- employing and managing staff

- making sure that the Pre-school has, and works to,

policies that help it provide a high quality service, and

- ensuring that the Pre-school works in partnership

with the children's parents.
