Under the key person system, each member of staff

has a group of children for whom she/he is

particularly responsible. 

A child's key person will work with parents to make

sure that what we provide meets their child's

particular needs and interests. 

The key person helps each child to settle when

they first start at Pre-school and, throughout their

time at Alpha, will help them to benefit
