Good Friday, 10 April
We want to share with you the Good News of God's amazing love for each one of us which took place over 2000 years ago and is still the Good News for today, tomorrow and forever!
John 3:16 tells us:-
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
On the day we call Good Friday, all those years ago, Jesus, God's only Son, was nailed to a cross and crucified. He was without sin and yet took the punishment for the sins of every one of us that day, and He did it willingly and with a heart full of love and compassion!
But that wasn't the end of the story!
Easter Sunday, 31st March
Matthew 28:6 declares:-
6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.
